Before I understood my abilities, I was one of those people who were scared of the shadow side. After knowing my abilities, I understood the shadow side better and fear turned to understanding. This episode excites me because I’ll share how you can view the shadow side differently.

Heads up, this is a loaded episode. I’ll be discussing how I see the shadow side, clearing up fear from these energies, and defining what entities, shadows, and spirits are. I’ll also discuss the good and the bad.
